Sending Us A Copy of Your Menu
We can work with your menu in nearly any format. However, we
prefer an electronic file that will allow us to copy and paste your
menu entries into the system. This helps avoid typing errors and speeds
up the process of menu creation. Acceptable file formats are .DOC, .PDF,
.TXT, .RTF, .CSV and .XLS.

Please identify yourself in the body of your email with the same
information that you will use to create your account. The best way to
identify your self is to use the "Client ID" provided in your signup
email.
As a last resort you may fax your menu or mail it to us. There may be
an additional fee charged to you for processing menus supplied in this

Ordering Without A Domain
If you do not have a domain or do not wish to purchase a domain you must place your order by calling (630) 759-9283.
You will be given a sub-domain for your account that looks like
your-business.menusplusmore.com to use for access to your menu.
Ordering With A Domain
If you currently own a domain that you would like to point to your
account, transfer a domain to our registrar for renewal or buy a new
domain, then you can proceed with the on-line ordering process. Here
is list of things that you will need to know to make the ordering process go
smoothly:
- When using an existing domain, you will need to login to your
registrar account and point your domain's DNS servers to our DNS
servers. DNS servers will be emailed to you when your order is complete.
- When transferring a domain, be sure to remove the registrar lock for
the domain you wish to transfer in your registrar account. The transfer
can take up to 5-days and will fail if the registrar lock is not removed
prior to ordering.
- When
purchasing a new domain with your order, all you need a domain name
that is available to be registered. The ordering system check domain
availability.
Fax Notification
If you plan to use our fax notification feature, how many fax notices
do you need in a
month. A good estimate is to
review one week of sales. How many were carry-out? Multiply that
by 4, then round that number up to 100, 200, 400, 800 or 1600 per
month. To give you some idea 1600 fax notices works out to about 53
orders per day through your on-line menu, assuming that your open 30
days per month. You can upgrade or downgrade at anytime. Going over
your paid usage will cost $0.17 per page. Un-used resources do not
rollover into the next month.
